What we use and why
We use the order, contact and delivery information needed to process the purchase, deliver it, provide support and meet legal obligations.
Stripe handles checkout and payment data. We do not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.
Who receives it
Only authorised people involved in fulfilment or support receive the data they need. The selected carrier receives delivery details. Hosting and email providers process data needed to operate the shop.
Storage and your rights
Shop order archives are encrypted. Some records may be kept longer where required for accounting, complaints or legal claims.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and may object to certain processing. You may also complain to UODO or another competent EU supervisory authority.
