Delivery

Available destinations, delivery methods and prices are shown in the cart before checkout.

Delivery prices are fixed in EUR for the shop and rounded up from current public Polish carrier tariffs to reduce exchange-rate risk. Pickup carriers are available only where the selected carrier supports the destination.

Withdrawal

Where the statutory consumer withdrawal right applies, standard goods may be returned within 14 days after delivery. Goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised are among the exceptions.

To withdraw, contact contact@firstdomino.eu before the deadline. Unless the seller agrees otherwise, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Complaints

For a problem with an order or product, contact contact@firstdomino.eu with the order reference and a short description. Statutory rights for non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
