Products, prices and payment

Product details and prices are shown on each product page. Prices are in EUR and are final consumer prices. The seller applies the Polish VAT exemption under Article 113 of the VAT Act, so VAT is not added to the displayed prices. Where delivery applies, it is added before payment.

Payment is handled by Stripe. An order is completed after successful payment and confirmation.

Delivery

Where delivery applies, available destinations, delivery methods and prices are shown in the cart before checkout. Some test-only products do not require physical delivery.

Withdrawal and complaints

Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, the statutory withdrawal period for standard goods is 14 days after delivery. Exceptions include goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised. Details are in Delivery & returns.

Privacy and law

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy notice. Polish law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply in the consumer's country of residence.
